The Institute of Chin Affairs Inc. (ICA) is a non-profit, charitable organization registered under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (3) in the United States of America. It has Board of Directors, Advisors and staff members in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia.

The ICA is an independent institution, dedicated to work for uplifting the Chin people of Myanmar through dedicated efforts in education, humanitarian support and research.

The ICA will cooperate with other social or political institutions, governmental or non-governmental organizations that share its aims and objectives.

Mission

ICA is committed to uplifting the Chin people of Myanmar through dedicated efforts in education, humanitarian support, and research.
Specifically, its missions are:
● To create inclusive learning environments that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Chin community.
● To provide essential assistance to vulnerable Chin communities during times of hardship.
● To conduct research for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the Chin people and to defend their human rights.
● To empower the Chin community, promote cultural preservation, and contribute to a more developed, just and compassionate society where everyone is treated equally.

A strong and flourishing Chin community, united in knowledge through education, empowered by culture, and embraced by global justice and equality.
