The Institute of Chin Affairs Inc. (ICA) is a non-profit, charitable organization registered under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (3) in the United States of America. It has Board of Directors, Advisors and staff members in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and Asia.

The ICA is an independent institution dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and well-being of the Chin people through community-driven initiatives in education, health, humanitarian support, research, and advocacy.

The ICA will cooperate with other social or political institutions, governmental or non-governmental organizations that share its aims and objectives.

ICA is dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and well-being of the Chin people through collaborative, community-driven initiatives in education, health, humanitarian support, and research-driven advocacy, while remaining responsive to evolving needs, priorities, and opportunities.
