On Jun 17, 2022, ICA Vice President Van Nei Cem met with Stefanie Bergeron, First Secretary of Canadian High Commission and Dr. Edgard Rodriguez, Senior Program Specialist/Myanmar Initiative Lead from International Development Research Center (IDCR) at Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. They discussed the hardships being faced by Myanmar refugees in Mizoram State of north-east India, bordering Myanmar.

They also discussed how ICA is planning to implement a research center with Mizoram University in Aizawl and how IDRC is planning to help for this center.
