Internship Opportunity – Procurement & Logistics Intern
The Institute of Chin Affairs Inc. (ICA) is inviting graduates or fresh graduates to apply for an internship opportunity as a Procurement & Logistics Intern.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in procurement and logistics within the non-profit sector, while working closely with our Procurement & Logistics Manager and supporting day-to-day organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Procurement & Logistics Manager with procurement and logistics documentation and administrative tasks.
- Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of procurement-related records.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external parties through professional email correspondence.
- Maintain and organize digital files using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
- Support procurement and logistics activities as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Procurement & Logistics Manager or Project Manager.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Burmese; knowledge of a Chin language is preferred.
- Fresh graduate from any academic field; an interest in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud-based file sharing.
- Comfortable communicating professionally through email.
- Candidates based in Yangon or Thailand are preferred, with the ability to travel if required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a flexible, remote working environment.
